So how do you choose? We know that weddings can often be stressful and busy events to organise, so we try and make it as straightforward as possible for you by providing you with accurate quotations, based on the style of play you are looking for, and who we have available in your area. Here's how it works: Tell us about your wedding plans:
You only need to take a couple of minutes to fill out a simple enquiry form which tells us all the details about your wedding. You can also nominate a preferred guitarist, if desired. We tell you who is available:
The agency enquires as to available artists in your area who match your criteria, and supplies you with quotations. If your preferred guitarist is not available, similar artists will be offered. You choose the guitarist:
Once you are happy with your choice of guitarist, you then pay a small non-refundable deposit of £45.00 to the agency. Once this has been received and confirmed by us in writing, the booking is "completed - subject to contract." Bookings are not confirmed fully without a deposit and 2 signed contracts, 1 from the customer and 1 from the guitarist. We send you the paperwork:
Contracts for signature are then issued to you and to the artist(s). Once these have all been signed and returned to the agency, the booking will be fully confirmed. The only thing left to do will be to choose your music and work on the finer details of the repertoire, if necessary. We will put you in touch with the artist so that you can both talk about the finer details direct. - That's all there is to it! All of the above takes place within a few business days or ideally within a week after you have sent in your deposit. Regarding final payments, an invoice for the balance due (the contract fee minus the deposit) will be sent to you within 8 weeks of the event date, or upon booking, whichever is the sooner. Having payment in advance enables us to pay the artists quickly after the event, without having to wait for brides to return from honeymoon before paying their invoices. Having monies paid in advance also has further benefits for our female, and some male artists, who do not wish to be seen receiving cash - or receiving envelopes which could contain cash - on the day. |
