Notes:

A Contract

Not received a Contract yet? 

Have you sent in your Booking Form?

If not, please send it in as soon as possible.  We will then prepare the Contracts for you.

No Contract? If you have already sent in a Booking Form, but have not yet received a Contract, don't worry, this will be sent within 7-14 days.

If you have not sent in a Booking Form yet, please download one now and return it to us as soon as possible.   When you later receive your Contract, it will confirm the amount that you have left to pay.

If you already have a Contract.

(We have posted / emailed it to you)

You've received your Contract?  To pay your remaining balance by post, please send us a cheque for the balance which is stated on the contract.

You can send it to the address on your contract. Please be sure to put your contract or quotation number on the back of the cheque. - Thank you!

An Invoice

Not received an Invoice yet? 

We will post or email it to you within 2 months of your event date.

Not received an Invoice? You are welcome to either wait for your invoice to arrive (which should happen within 8 weeks of the event date) or you may pay now if you wish. 

To pay now, before your invoice arrives, please send a cheque for the balance due, to the address on your contract. (Please be sure to put your contract/quotation number on the back of the cheque.) - Thank you!
