A Quote | Get a Quote | If you have not already had either a telephone quote, a postal quote or an email quote, then please request a quotation. We will post and email you a quote and a booking form. |
A Booking Form | Get a Booking Form | Booking Forms are normally sent out with Quotes, but you can download a booking form here if you need one now, (or if you have got one but need a replacement). You can then email the booking form to us and make an online payment for your deposit or part / full payment. |
A Contract | Not received a Contract yet? Have you sent in your Booking Form? If not, please send it in as soon as possible. We will then prepare the Contracts for you. | No Contract? If you have already sent in a Booking Form, but have not yet received a Contract, don't worry, this will be sent within 7-14 days.If you have not sent in a Booking Form yet, please download one now and return it to us as soon as possible. When you later receive your Contract, it will confirm the amount that you have left to pay. |

An Invoice | Not received an Invoice yet? We will post or email it to you within 2 months of your event date. | Not received an Invoice? You are welcome to either wait for your invoice to arrive (which should happen within 8 weeks of the event date) or you may pay now if you wish. To pay now, before your invoice arrives, please please use the links on this page. |
