| What You Can Expect On The Day
Creating the right impression
| - Professional appearance & performance - Polite rapport with you and your guests - Punctual with their timekeeping | We don't feel it is enough to play their instrument well, we also believe the guitarist should look very presentable. In addition to our strict entry policy for new guitarists, we place great emphasis on their appearance, reliability and general courteousness. They will be politeYou can expect your guitarist to be polite, courteous and well-mannered whilst on duty. They will be smartUnless you specifically say otherwise, he/she will be under instructions from us to appear at their very best for your event. Appearances will always be smart, for example, waistcoat/bow-tie, and sometimes very formal (i.e. 'black tie' for male guitarists, etc) depending on the event. You can of course request a more casual image if you prefer. This is often the case for informal events such as birthday parties. They will be reliableWe also expect all our guitarists to arrive well in advance of the performance times, to set up and dismantle their equipment with minimal disruption, and to not leave before their contracted departure time (unless your event finishes earlier than expected for any reason and you are happy to let them leave.) |
