I just wanted to say I was absolutely delighted with the Guitarist (PI-01). Everyone thought it was delightful. My dad said in the speeches he must have had three hands! We could not have been happier and the atmosphere he created was so special.  We loved it and he was a real joy to chat to also. When we arrived the first thing we heard was the Guitarist playing, it was lovely, he was very well presented and the music was fabulous. We had comments from all the guests specially the Spanish ones, who thought he was wonderful & very talented.

DID_YOU_HAVE_ANY_ISSUES_ON_THE_DAY?

No issues at all. I wish I could have heard him more, but I was too busy greeting my guests. He was a star.

I think you are running a fabulous agency. Andrew you are very attentive and I like the fact that you are proactive. I am glad you mailed me weeks before the wedding just to remind me of the fact you were there!! Our Guitarist was great. The booking process is short and easy and all the available documents are in various format to make it easy for any customer.

He was very professional...and music was superb considering it was very hot! The only thing was someone forgot to give him lunch and my in-laws had to leave the wedding breakfast to sort it out - a bit embarassing. May be better to bring own lunch.

HOW WOULD YOU RATE YOUR GUITARIST?

To be honest, I hardly saw him. Sally and I turned up later than expected and were the last to arrive. I heard (The guitarist) play a little before being whisked off for photos. From what I did see and hear, (The guitarist) looked just fine and the music he played was also fine. I have since spoken to several guests who said he played nicely and it appeared to be well received.

DID YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEMS WITH YOUR GUITARIST?

Nothing.

WOULD YOU HIRE THIS GUITARIST AGAIN?

Yes

HOW WOULD YOU RATE THIS AGENCY?

The choice on the website was varied, from Spanish to more classical etc. Although unfortunately we didn't personally hear much of (The guitarist), many guests said it was nice and different rather than a traditional string quartet. Considering how much a strong quartet is and the fact we like guitar music, it was excellent value for money. The service you gave, Andrew, was spot on and I would have no hesitation in recommending you in the future.

CAN YOU SUGGEST IMPROVEMENTS TO THE WEBSITE?
