Hello Andrew, I must avail myself of this opportunity to say what an absolute pleasure it's been dealing with you and your agency. I have been very impressed by your efficiency, friendliness and helpful advice. Your website is superb and I found it really easy to find and select a guitarist for my event. I will be writing to you after the event to let you know how it's gone but in the meantime thanks again for everything. Yes, I made email contact with the guitarist (RA-02) some weeks ago and in fact a couple of days ago he rang me at home for a chat just to see if there was anything I wanted to finalise with him. HOW WOULD YOU RATE YOUR GUITARIST?Excellent time keeping, music volume, style of play, variety of repertoire. In every respect he was superb. DID YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEMS WITH YOUR GUITARIST?None whatsoever. WOULD YOU HIRE THIS GUITARIST AGAIN?Absolutely, without question. HOW WOULD YOU RATE THIS AGENCY?Really excellent - efficient, helpful and friendly at all times. Great value for money - easy booking process. CAN YOU SUGGEST IMPROVEMENTS TO THE WEBSITE?A very minor point but there was no option built into the pull-down menus for birthday parties; it just assumes that everyone wants to hire a guitarist for a wedding or corporate event eg. Even now after my event, I am stlll being emailed with phrases such as "thank you for booking a guitarist with us for your wedding." It's not a big deal, just makes it a little impersonal because evidently I did not hire a guitarist for a wedding! DO YOU HAVE ANY OTHER COMMENTS?Keep up the good work - I will be hiring from you again for future events. |

Some feedback is posted or emailed to us and we always invite recent customers to fill out a feedback questionnaire on our website. All feedback is genuine and shown exactly as it is received, including any spelling/grammar errors and use of UPPERCASE LETTERS or bold emphasis. The only thing we edit is the name of the artist where used, which we substitute with his/her reference code instead; i.e. 'Fred Smith' becomes '(XX-01)' and the code is then linked to his/her webpage for convenience. New feedback is added every month, so please re-visit this section regularly! |
